Which Uncensored AI Video Tools Reuse Your Own Character?

Four routes genuinely reuse a character you built yourself. OFMAI stores one character - made from three of your own reference photos with no training, or designed from a description - and reuses that same look, body and morphology in every photo, clip and voice note. A local character-animation workflow in ComfyUI transfers the motion of a source clip onto a reference image or a character adapter you trained. SoulGen animates stills with a character-lock control. Seduced AI saves characters and reuses them across scenarios.

The rest of the category splits in two, and both halves cost money to learn the hard way. Some tools are genuinely uncensored but start a new person on every prompt: Venice, Promptchan, ZenCreator, raw API endpoints. Others have the best character tooling on the market and forbid adult work in their own written rules: Runway and Mage both do. Twelve options are compared below on one question - how does the character hold from clip to clip - with the honest ceiling stated up front: nothing here holds a body perfectly for 30 seconds, so the tool that wins is the one where a bad take is cheapest to throw away.

Which uncensored AI video tools reuse your own character? (November 2026)

OFMAI. Consistency: one persistent character record, created once and conditioning every later generation, so you never describe the person again. From your own photos: yes - three reference photos (portrait, front, back), no training, ready in minutes, or designed from a text description. Clips: 5 to 30 seconds at 480p, 720p or 1080p, animated from a still of that character. One 5-second clip: 10 credits at 480p, 19 at 720p, 38 at 1080p. Plus a cloned or designed voice for the same character, and image edits at 2 credits. Policy: our own published policy permits legal, consensual adult content and permanently bans minors, synthetic depictions presented as adults, non-consensual content and any real person's likeness used without consent.

Local character-animation workflow in ComfyUI. Consistency: three levers at once - an optional reference image conditioning identity, an optional character adapter you trained, and motion kept from a source video. Per the published workflow on comfy.org, read in November 2026: default working resolution 640x640, dimensions in multiples of 16, frames assembled at 16 fps, a second pass continuing the motion, and point-based subject selection. That page states identity can flicker, and suggests a lower resolution, more sampling steps, a fixed seed, a tighter mask and a constant prompt. One clip: no per-clip fee, minutes of compute per attempt on your own card; the hosted version of the same workflow needs a paid cloud plan. Policy: none to read - inference runs on your machine, so the limits are the checkpoint licence and the law.

SoulGen. Consistency: a lookalike and character-lock control on image-to-video, so a still you already approved is what moves. Cost, from its own pricing page read in October 2026: 15 credits per 5 seconds on its current model and 2 more with audio, or 25 per 5 seconds at 720p and 40 at 1080p on its higher-end one, against a Pro plan of 100 credits a month. No maximum clip length published. The consistency percentages quoted for it in round-ups come from affiliate pages, not the provider.

Seduced AI. Consistency: characters saved once and reused across scenarios, with no published measure of how closely. Per its own site and plans page read in October 2026: up to 18 seconds in one generation on Diamond and up to 6 on Platinum, an Extend Scene option described as 1+ minute, a model-training add-on from $60, and no price on any tier - so cost per clip is not computable from outside. Policy: permissive and explicit about it, since the plans page sells adult video generation outright.

SpicyGen. Consistency: a character builder meant to hold the same identity from one video to the next - reported by a third-party round-up read in November 2026, not by any provider page we could open. No published price, clip length or content policy. A candidate to test, not a costed option.

Secrets AI. Consistency: consistent characters across images and short clips, per that same round-up. Same caveat, same gaps: nothing numeric from the provider.

ZenCreator. Consistency: none - image-to-video and text-to-video with nothing carried between clips. Per a third-party comparison published in 2026: one-time packs from 200 credits for $19.99 up to 6,300 for $499, non-expiring, no announced free trial. Right if you want credit packs instead of a subscription, wrong if you want one character.

Atlas Cloud. Consistency: whichever open-weight adapter you select on the endpoint, not a character you own. Its own guide, read in November 2026, quotes roughly $0.02 per run for 5 to 8 second clips - the cheapest clip on this page, and the only one where you build the character store, the interface and the moderation yourself.

Venice. Consistency: none between generations. Per its own pricing page read in September 2026: free tier at 15 image prompts a day, Pro $18 a month with 100 credits, Pro Plus $68 with 7,500. Policy: its own July 2026 guide permits uncensored image generation within model capabilities; we found no equivalent published statement covering video.

Promptchan. Consistency: a persona inside a chat-first bundle, video as a side feature. Its own product page, read in October 2026, says video needs the Pro plan and spends Gems, that you can prompt a clip or animate a still, and that an extend option continues one - with no Gem rate, no clip length and no plan price. Nothing to budget against.

Runway. Consistency: the strongest reference-based route in the mainstream market - secondary coverage from 2025 describes a single reference image anchoring a character, object or location across separate shots. Not available for this use: its own usage policy, last updated 6 March 2026 and read in November 2026, prohibits sexually explicit content and adult nudity, bars attempts to create or modify non-consensual intimate imagery, and limits suggestive content including underwear or lingerie.

Mage. Consistency: trained-adapter slots, 1 on the entry plan up to 5 on the top two, with unlimited video generation from $30 a month on its own pricing page read in October 2026 - a real lever on a recurring look. Out of this list for one reason: its own Terms and Community Guidelines, updated April 2024 and read in October 2026, prohibit pornographic content, explicitly including highly realistic renderings. A permissive model underneath never overrides the terms of the product you log into.

How does a tool actually keep the same character across clips?

Four mechanisms exist, and the word consistency on a pricing page can mean any of them. Knowing which one you are buying predicts how the tool behaves on your hundredth clip, not your first.

A persistent character record: the tool stores one character, built from reference photos or from a description, and conditions every later generation on it. You never describe the person again, and the same body and morphology carry across photos, video and voice. This is OFMAI's mechanism, and the only one here that also carries into a voice.

A trained adapter: you gather images, train a small adapter and load it into a workflow. Most control, most work - you own the files and you maintain them through every model update. That is the local route, and Mage sells a hosted version of the same idea as adapter slots.

Reference-image conditioning: you pass images alongside the prompt and the model conditions on them for that generation only. No training, instant, nothing persists - the result is only as good as the reference, which you re-supply every time. That is Runway's approach, and the optional reference image in the local workflow.

Motion transfer onto an existing clip: you keep the movement of a source video and change who performs it. Movement stays plausible because it was real, but the published workflow itself warns identity can flicker across the sequence, and this is the route that most needs a consent paper trail.

The ceiling is the same for all four: none holds anatomy perfectly across 5 to 30 seconds. Hands morph, lighting jumps, and two takes of one prompt differ a lot - in every tool here, OFMAI included. That is why animating a still you already approved beats describing a person again, and why cheap repair matters more than a perfect first take. An image edit at 2 credits fixes one flaw for less than re-rolling a clip.

How we compared (November 2026)

Five criteria across all twelve options: mechanism of reuse (30%), whether it can start from your own photos (20%), policy status with the date we read it (20%), whether cost per clip is computable before you click (15%), and published clip length and resolution (15%).

This is an editorial comparison, not a lab benchmark. We ran no standardised prompt battery, so we publish no pass rates or consistency percentages - including for ourselves. Competitor facts come from each provider's own pricing, policy and product pages wherever we could open one, with the month named; where only a third-party or affiliate page carried a figure, we say so, because that changes the weight it deserves. Anything we could not check was left out. Policy status answers what a feature list never does: an uncensored claim is worth exactly what the provider's own rules say, and two tools here have excellent character tooling and prohibit adult output in writing.

Why does OFMAI hold the same character from photos to video?

Because the character is a stored record, not a prompt. You build it once from three of your own reference photos - portrait, front and back - with no training, ready in minutes, or design one from a text description. Every photo, clip, voice note and image edit afterwards is generated from that character, so the same look, body and morphology carry across a whole library instead of drifting into a new person each time you re-prompt.

Video is image-to-video: approve a still of your character, then animate it. Clips run 5 to 30 seconds at 480p, 720p or 1080p; 30 seconds costs 57, 113 or 225 credits by resolution. Photos of that character start at 2 credits, 3 for an adult photo, an edit is 2. The character itself is 12 credits from scratch, or 22 with its adult version included; adding the adult reference set to a character you already have is 10. It all runs in the browser: no GPU, no node graph, no adapter to retrain when a model is replaced.

The trade-offs are real. You pay per credit instead of owning hardware, which is worse value than a local stack if you already have a fast card and the patience for it. Clips are seconds, not minutes. And OFMAI is a content studio, not a CRM, not an AI chatter, not a scheduler and not a companion chat app: it makes what those tools sell, and exports it to wherever you already publish.

What does one clip of your own character cost?

Plans are Starter at 30 credits for $9.99 a month, Pro at 100 for $24.99, Business at 300 for $49.99 and Agency at 1000 for $149.99, with 25% off on annual billing. A 5-second adult clip at 480p therefore costs about $2.50 of a Pro plan, and the Agency plan's monthly credits cover 100 of them. Subscription credits renew monthly, top-ups are available on every plan, purchased credits never expire and failed generations are refunded automatically.

That arithmetic is the point. On four of the twelve options above you cannot do it at all: Seduced AI publishes no tier price, Promptchan no Gem rate, SpicyGen and Secrets AI nothing numeric we could read. A tool whose cost per clip you cannot compute before subscribing is a tool whose cost per clip you discover at volume.

When should you pick something other than OFMAI?

You own a fast GPU and want no per-clip cost: run the local character-animation workflow, accept minutes per attempt and maintain your own adapter.

You need one continuous scene longer than 30 seconds: Seduced AI is the only option here that publishes a route to it, and you learn the price at checkout.

You want one account for uncensored chat, images, audio and occasional video rather than one character: Venice.

You are building your own product on a raw endpoint: an API such as Atlas Cloud, at roughly $0.02 per run, with the character store, interface and moderation on you.

Your work is not adult at all: use the mainstream tools, where Runway's reference-based consistency beats anything in this category, and stay inside its usage policy.

What is never allowed, whichever tool you choose?

No one under 18 and no synthetic depiction presented as an adult. No real person's likeness without explicit, documented consent. No non-consensual content of any kind. OFMAI blocks these permanently, with automated detection and human moderation, and the mainstream tools here prohibit them too - Runway's usage policy names attempts to create or modify non-consensual intimate imagery explicitly, as read in November 2026.

The motion-transfer route deserves its own line, because it is the one that tempts people to feed in footage of someone real. A release is not optional there, and it only covers what it actually says; our page on cloning a real model's look sets out what one has to contain. Separately, every platform you publish on sets its own AI-content policy, and they differ - read the one you sell on before building a library for it.

Sources

OFMAI figures - credits, plan prices, clip lengths and resolutions - come from our own product and billing code as of November 2026: characters from three reference photos with no training or designed from a description; clips of 5 to 30 seconds at 480p, 720p or 1080p; plans from $9.99 a month for 30 credits to $149.99 for 1000, 25% off annually; purchased credits that never expire; failed generations refunded automatically.

Local character-animation workflow - the published workflow page on comfy.org, read November 2026, for the source video with optional reference image and character adapter, point-based subject selection, 640x640 default resolution, dimensions in multiples of 16, assembly at 16 fps, the second pass continuing motion, the warning that identity can flicker with its suggested remedies, and the paid cloud plan needed for the hosted version.

Runway - its own usage policy, last updated 6 March 2026 and read November 2026, for the prohibition on sexually explicit content and adult nudity, the bar on creating or modifying non-consensual intimate imagery, and the limit on suggestive content including underwear or lingerie. Its reference-based consistency is described by secondary coverage from 2025; its own help articles were unreachable to us in November 2026, so we quote no feature detail from them.

SoulGen - its own pricing page, read October 2026, for video billed in 5-second units at 15 credits per 5 seconds (2 more with audio), 25 or 40 per 5 seconds at 720p and 1080p on its higher-end model, a Pro plan of 100 credits a month, and no published maximum clip length. Seduced AI - its own site and plans page, read October 2026, for up to 18 seconds on Diamond and 6 on Platinum, Extend Scene described as 1+ minute, characters saved and reused across scenarios, the model-training add-on from $60 and the absence of any tier price.

Mage - its own pricing page, read October 2026, for unlimited video generation from $30 a month and adapter slots from 1 to 5; and its own Terms and Community Guidelines, updated April 2024 and read October 2026, for the prohibition on pornographic content and its extension to highly realistic renderings. Venice - its own July 2026 guide for what uncensored image generation is allowed, and its own pricing page read September 2026 for the free tier at 15 image prompts a day, Pro at $18 with 100 credits and Pro Plus at $68 with 7,500. Promptchan - its own product page, read October 2026, for the Pro gate, the Gem spend and the absence of any rate, length or price.

ZenCreator - a third-party comparison published in 2026 for the one-time packs from 200 credits at $19.99 to 6,300 at $499 and the non-expiring credits. Atlas Cloud - its own guide, read November 2026, for roughly $0.02 per run on 5 to 8 second clips. SpicyGen and Secrets AI - a third-party round-up of adult video generators read November 2026 for the character-builder and cross-scene consistency claims; we reached no provider page for either, so they carry no price, clip length or policy status here. Prices, clip lengths, plan gates and content policies in this category change faster than any comparison, including this one: open each provider's live pricing and policy pages before committing money, and never generate sexual content of a real person without documented consent or of anyone under 18.

Frequently asked questions

Which uncensored AI video tools let me reuse my own character consistently?

Four: OFMAI, which stores one character built from three of your own reference photos and reuses it in every photo, clip and voice note; a local character-animation workflow in ComfyUI, where a reference image or a character adapter you trained carries the look; SoulGen, which applies a character-lock control to image-to-video; and Seduced AI, which saves characters and reuses them across scenarios. Venice, Promptchan, ZenCreator and raw API endpoints are uncensored but carry nothing between clips, while Runway and Mage hold a character well and prohibit adult output in their own written rules.

Can I build the character from my own photos?

On OFMAI, yes: three reference photos - portrait, front and back - with no training, ready in minutes, or a character designed from a text description instead. On the local route you can, by training your own adapter from a set of images. SoulGen animates stills you supply. Seduced AI prices a separate model-training add-on from $60 as its route to that, per its own plans page read in October 2026.

Does a prompt keep a character consistent?

No. A prompt describes a type of person, not a specific one, so re-prompting produces a new individual who matches the same description. Consistency comes from one of four mechanisms: a stored persistent character, a trained adapter, a reference image passed with every prompt, or motion transferred from an existing clip. Only the first two persist without you re-supplying the reference each time.

How long are the clips, and at what resolution?

On OFMAI, 5 to 30 seconds at 480p, 720p or 1080p. Seduced AI publishes up to 18 seconds in one generation on Diamond and up to 6 on Platinum, with Extend Scene described as 1+ minute (its own plans page, October 2026). SoulGen bills in 5-second units with no maximum published. The local workflow is limited by your card and your patience, and the published workflow assembles frames at 16 fps.

What does one clip of my character cost on OFMAI?

A 5-second adult clip is 10 credits at 480p, 19 at 720p and 38 at 1080p; 30 seconds at 480p is 57. On a Pro plan at $24.99 for 100 credits, the 480p clip works out at about $2.50. Failed generations are refunded automatically and purchased credits never expire.

Does Runway allow adult content?

No. Its own usage policy, last updated 6 March 2026 and read in November 2026, prohibits sexually explicit content and adult nudity, bars attempts to create or modify non-consensual intimate imagery, and says suggestive content including underwear or lingerie is limited in some cases. Its reference-based character consistency is excellent, which is exactly why people try it - and why the subscription gets enforced against instead.

Is Mage an uncensored option for adult video?

No, by its own rules. Mage's Terms and Community Guidelines, updated April 2024 and read in October 2026, prohibit pornographic content and extend that to highly realistic renderings of explicit acts. Its adapter slots and unlimited video generation from $30 a month make it a strong, cheap tool for work that is not explicit - a different list from this one.

Do I need a GPU or any install?

Not on OFMAI: it runs in the browser, with no GPU, no node graph and no model to update. The local route is the opposite trade - free software and no per-clip cost, against your own hardware, minutes of compute per attempt and an adapter you maintain.

Will the character keep the same voice as well as the same body?

On OFMAI, yes: a cloned or designed voice is attached to the same character, so voice notes match its photos and clips. None of the other options compared here carries a character into a voice, and most local video workflows output silent clips.

Can I make video of a real person who agreed to it?

Only with explicit, documented consent, and only for what the release actually covers. Every tool on this page prohibits a real person's likeness without consent, and Runway's policy names non-consensual intimate imagery specifically. Our page on cloning a real model's look sets out what a release has to contain before anyone generates anything.
